Sri Lanka is still developing country, most of the carpenters and craftsmen are not up to that standard to do a better construction work. Therefore always they need professional consultation to the constructions done. 2012 natural disaster can be joke or not, we all know that the world would be over soon and the human civilization will come to end by why mean to create a new world. However, the existing architecture and human clothing are only effective for the natural disasters but in the future those disasters can be worse and difficult. By all mean we face tsunami, until the wave appear and destroy all of us. However the idea s is that we should get ready for the future we southbound create better building to face the natural disasters like tsunami we should experiment to create the world much safer for the human civilization.
The architecture is all about buildings is I right or n to don’t offence me at the very beginning….. The architecture is all about creating living spaces for the human kin d and let them survive in the planet for another few centuries.The architect all the time talks about this spatial progression + the philosophical background to demonize the power of the architecture. The compromising in the sense is good , no argument with that but the my biggest question is the architecture is only element which address only the spatial progression of the build nag or the living dose which we are suppose to live.
What I believe is the architecture should introduce the technology to live in the planet. After the long time the standers of the space is same none of them couldn’t developed the architecture technology. We stucked in a box where the upper part of the box is transparent where we see the future and wee imagine things which are impossible but we still afraid to change the pattern of the building.
Do you really now what happen to the logic science the logic science was we developed in the Greek era and after that nobody interested to develop or research on logic science, so now the logic science like a small child but mathematics is well grown man. Like that we are demonizing in the universities that this is the most best thing WOW “”””” spatial progression”””””” learn how to do it….
I totally believe that the grand pa Geoffrey bawa s’ time has gone; we have to think something new to create the new world of architecture for the goodness of the society and the future.

The idea of neurotic architecture is the process of designer doesn’t response to the four major manufactures of they designs aspects to create the designs. Actually the expression be supposed to be the architecture doesn’t response to any other qualities of the context or the client or the user in any stage of the design process. So the design became no utilize at the end of the design progression elementary unable to serve architecture to anybody. Except the idea of the neurosis on the designer would be conversed forever in the history, not because they made good thing or design good designs for the society but they destroyed the built environment. The idea is “we make money not designs” whatever they do they think that this is the ideal design and best thing that they can make for the goodness of the society. As the Lawrence kubie challenge the neurotics can not create creative things they can create whatever they want. But in fact the neurotic architecture is none useful and the survival of the building are due to the lack of designs sense in the society. The neurotic is not radical architecture. Radical architecture is changing forma and shapes in to the goodness of the deign aspects, but the neurotic architecture doesn’t understand the requirements of the design aspects. Radical is something deeply routed in the ground, the radical; represent the post notion of the history, therefore the radical architecture is not neurotic architecture, don’t mess with radical architecture and neurotic architecture when you are classifying architecture. And also creating whatever you want to make is not the creative process of deigning. The client will never say that this is the site and this is money do whatever you want to do and create architecture. Architecture is lot more complex process and a lots of dirty works to be done there. Compromising is the start point of the architecture and it ahs a lots of dirty works until the design process end the. In fact there are plenty of neurotic architects in the country and none of them can be clearly define as the neurotic architecture. Most of buildings are responding to something other than just buildings... However the neurotic architecture can make nothing and give nothing to the society. And also the neurotic architecture has no creativity there are just building. Neurotic architecture refers to those who cannot create but they are overwhelming that they can change the whole world for the goodness of their own.
In Sri Lankan context most of the architect are responding to the context” the building d3ebit the character of the location. Therefore it is difficult to identify the pure neurotic architecture in the island. But there is such strength architecture in country. Because the eastern idea of the contextual adaptation an important fact in the philosophy of the architects in the country. The influences from the old regions of Sri Lankan history had killed the existing neurotic architects and destroy the Everest climbing ideas before they exit with solid base. And also Sri Lanka context has no idea of what is radical architecture is? So there is no pure neurotic architecture in this small island but there some pig big headed architecture which are not responding to the design aspect which should be addressed.
